Onexch Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering on or using the Onexch platform in any way – including placing a bet, depositing PKR, claiming a bonus or simply browsing – you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you accept them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use Onexch. These Terms take precedence over any verbal or informal understanding you may have had through customer support or community channels. The current published version of these Terms on this page is always the authoritative version.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming page, which are incorporated into this agreement by reference.

To use Onexch, you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform.
• You must be registering and using the platform as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of a third party or business.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion request you have previously submitted to Onexch.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

Each player is permitted to hold only one active Onexch account. Opening multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances being forfeited.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and up-to-date personal information. Providing false details – including a name, date of birth, contact number or payment details that do not belong to you – constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. This means:

• Choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing it with anyone.
• Not allowing another person to access or use your account on your behalf.
• Notifying Onexch immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Logging out of shared or public devices after each session.

Onexch will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where reasonable security steps were not followed by the account holder. All bets placed through your account – whether by you or someone else who has accessed it – are considered your responsibility.

All deposits on Onexch are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• Raast (instant bank transfer)
• Bank Transfer (standard PKR transfer)
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Onexch reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawals if the source of funds cannot be confirmed. Deposits made using payment details belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

Withdrawal requests on Onexch are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, wherever technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent funds from being redirected to unverified accounts.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Onexch may request identity verification documents. This is standard practice on legitimate online gaming platforms and is intended to protect both the player and the platform. Verification typically involves confirming your name, date of birth and the payment method details you have provided.

Key withdrawal conditions:

• You must have completed at least one qualifying deposit and met any applicable wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-derived funds.
• Withdrawal requests are reviewed by Onexch's payments team and are not instantaneous in all cases.
• Onexch reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending verification or investigation where unusual account activity is detected.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account settings.

All bets placed on Onexch – whether on cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports or any other market – are subject to the specific rules for that market as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply to all betting activity:

• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player unless the market itself is voided by Onexch.
• In the event of a technical fault, data feed error or incorrect odds being displayed due to a system error, Onexch reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• For in-play (live) markets, bets are accepted subject to the real-time odds displayed at the moment of confirmation. Market suspension during live events is at Onexch's discretion.
• Abandoned or rescheduled matches are settled in accordance with the sport-specific rules displayed in the relevant market section.
• For PSL and other cricket fixtures, per-over and player-specific markets are subject to the additional cricket betting rules outlined in the relevant section of the platform.

Onexch reserves the right to limit, suspend or close betting markets at any time without prior notice, particularly during live events where data reliability cannot be guaranteed.

Onexch offers bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time they are offered. The general bonus conditions below apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the specified validity window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as real PKR. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Bonus funds are typically used first when placing bets, before your real PKR balance is drawn upon, unless your account settings specify otherwise.
• Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device and per payment method.
• Onexch reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time. If a promotion is terminated early, wagering progress already achieved will be respected at the point of termination.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Onexch. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Opening more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false or misleading registration information.
• Using another person's payment method or identity to register or transact.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate bet outcomes or exploit promotional terms.
• Engaging in match-fixing or any activity that could compromise the integrity of a sporting event.
• Attempting to launder money or use Onexch for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Onexch staff or other players through any channel.

Onexch monitors account activity continuously and reserves the right to investigate any account that shows patterns consistent with the above. During an investigation, account access and withdrawals may be temporarily restricted.

Onexch is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable entertainment environment. The platform is designed for adults who engage with it as a leisure activity within their personal means. We strongly encourage all players to approach betting and gaming with a clear budget in mind and to treat any losses as the cost of entertainment rather than a financial problem to be recovered.

Tools available to all Onexch account holders include:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps in your account settings.
• Session Reminders: Configure time-based reminders to alert you after extended play sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or extended pause on your account access at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted, Onexch's liability to you is limited to the PKR balance held in your account at the time any claim arises. Onexch is not liable for:

• Loss of profit, revenue or anticipated winnings arising from platform downtime or bet voidance.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by the player's failure to secure their credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment processors.
• Losses arising from a player's reliance on information provided by third-party tipsters, odds comparison tools or community sources.
• Any indirect, consequential or special damages, regardless of the cause.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where limitation of liability is not permitted by applicable law.

Onexch reserves the right to update, amend or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date shown at the top of this page and, where practicable, notify active players via their registered contact details or an in-platform notification.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continuing to use Onexch after changes have been published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request withdrawal of your remaining balance.
